Patient Reviews of ReproGenesis: “We Would Choose ReproGenesis All Over Again”

We wholeheartedly recommend ReproGenesis Clinic to anyone looking for truly personal, attentive, and professionally reliable support throughout a journey that can be incredibly sensitive and, at times, emotionally challenging.

When we were looking for a clinic, we contacted several fertility centres in Brno. However, even during the very first online consultations, we could already feel a difference. At ReproGenesis, we never felt as though we were simply being placed on a "conveyor belt." They listened to our story, genuinely responded to what we shared, and together we began exploring the available options in a way that was truly tailored to our individual situation. By the end of our very first conversation, the next steps were already beginning to take shape. Afterwards, my husband and I looked at each other and said, "I think we've found the right place for us." Looking back now, we can say that our instinct was absolutely right. 🙂

Since then, we have gone through two stimulation cycles and two embryo transfers at the clinic, with both online and in-person appointments. Throughout the entire process, everything was extremely well organised and ran smoothly.

We would especially like to thank our coordinator, Klaudia Takácsová, for her incredible support. She was our main point of contact throughout the whole journey, and she gave us such a strong sense of professional reassurance that we never once felt we absolutely needed to speak directly with a doctor. Her answers were always clear, she was consistently helpful, and she encouraged us many times along the way - while always remaining realistic and honest.

From time to time, Klaudia was covered by another Hungarian-speaking coordinator, Zuzana Gaálová, who was equally kind, supportive, and wonderful to deal with. Even during these periods, everything continued seamlessly, and we never experienced any disruption because of the change.

In fact, this sense of continuity was something we experienced throughout the entire clinic. No matter who we met, everyone seemed to know exactly where we were in our journey, what had happened previously, and what was coming next. We never had to keep repeating or explaining our story. The doctors covered for one another as well, yet this never caused any confusion, uncertainty, or inconvenience. We genuinely felt that they worked as a team - something that, in our experience, should never be taken for granted.

We would also like to express our heartfelt thanks to Dr Martin Maděrka and Dr Marcel Štelcl, both for their professional expertise and for the humanity and kindness they showed us. Dr Štelcl performed our most recent embryo transfer, and during the procedure he said a few personal and encouraging words to us. One of those sentences, in particular, has stayed with us and still comes to mind often. These may seem like small gestures, but to us, they meant more than words can say.

Before both transfers, I also had acupuncture sessions with Kristýna Vítková, which were another very positive part of my experience. So much so that, partly inspired by these sessions, I decided to continue with a longer course of acupuncture back home between the two transfers.

Something else we deeply appreciated was the openness with which they approached our questions. We came with many of them, along with information we had gathered ourselves and additional test results from home. They were always willing to listen and discuss everything with us. We talked through the different possibilities, and they clearly explained what they would recommend from a medical perspective, but we never felt that there was only one "acceptable" path we were expected to follow. Whenever we ultimately decided to take a different approach on something, our decision was respected and handled with flexibility.

Overall, we look back on our experience with the entire ReproGenesis team with enormous gratitude and genuinely warm feelings.

If we ever had to walk this same path again, we would choose ReproGenesis all over again. 💕
