Sanakin® is a modern, biologically gentle way to support female fertility using the patient’s own serum.
The method uses the regenerative potential of the patient’s blood – anti-inflammatory cytokines and growth factors are obtained from her serum, which improve the condition of the uterine lining and may support the success of IVF cycles.
Sanakin® (ACRS) is an autologous conditioned serum rich in cytokines, prepared from the patient’s own blood.
It contains biologically active proteins known as anti-inflammatory interleukins and growth factors.
Sanakin® (ACRS) serum has anti-inflammatory and regenerative effects that may support the success of IVF procedures.
The application of Sanakin® (ACRS) serum is recommended especially in the following situations:
Consultation and examination - The doctor evaluates the indication and determines the appropriate treatment procedure.
Blood collection - A small amount of blood is collected from the patient’s vein.
Blood incubation - The blood is heated for approximately 3 hours at a temperature of 37 °C in a closed sterile tube with glass microbeads. This process stimulates blood cells to produce anti-inflammatory cytokines and growth factors.
Serum application - The obtained serum is then applied into the uterine cavity.
The entire procedure is performed on an outpatient basis. The use of the serum is gentle and carries no risk of allergic reaction, as the patient’s own biological material is used.
It may increase the chance of successful embryo implantation in patients with repeated implantation failure.
It improves endometrial quality and reduces inflammation, thereby creating a suitable environment for embryo implantation.
The use of the patient’s own serum eliminates the risk of allergy or infection, making it safe and natural.
Sanakin® can be combined with other assisted reproduction methods to achieve the best possible results.
